What does the "Protect the Defender" campaign look like in Polish schools?
It all started with a request from soldiers fighting on the eastern front. They needed help with the production and delivery of protective camouflage nets for themselves. This is how a new project was born in our foundation. It was enthusiastically supported by the III High School in Gdynia, which has been supporting Ukraine's sovereignty since the early days of the war and participating in numerous actions and fundraisers with us. Members of the 3LAB team and numerous volunteers from the school are taking part in the "Protect the Defender" campaign, contributing to reducing the number of casualties and injuries among Ukrainian soldiers.
From June 11th to June 13th, the 3LAB Innovation Workshop team, consisting of Dasha Geleta, Wojciech Kuberka, Antoni Czmyr, and Igor Morawski, built a large frame. It is an invaluable element that makes it easier to interlace the material between the mesh openings. We invite you to watch an emotional film on this topic:

On June 14, 2023, work began on the net, which has already been hung. One group of volunteers is cutting material that mimics leaves, while another group interlaces it between the mesh openings to achieve the best camouflage effects.
The entire community of the Gdynia school willingly joined the initiative, setting an example of how assistance and collaboration with those in greatest need should look like. There is currently a collection of lightweight materials (such as unwanted clothing) in camouflage colors characteristic of different seasons: green, brown, dark yellow. These materials can be delivered in a cardboard box located next to the net in the corridor near the entrance to the dormitory.

"Protect the Defender" - contribute to reducing the number of casualties and injuries among Ukrainian defenders. Contribute to victory.
