Children. War. Two words that don't belong together.
Children are life, joy, laughter, future.
War is death, fear, terror, tears, blood.
A year ago, we created the project "War through the eyes of children" when our volunteer, a student from High School #3 in Gdynia, Dasha Geleta, went to Ukraine with humanitarian aid. What she saw and experienced influenced this project. It's what Ukrainian children see, hear, and go through every day. How life for children in Ukraine has changed during the war. How Russian aggression destroys a normal childhood. Ukrainian children won't forget and won't forgive.
The project "War through the eyes of children" was created to touch the hearts of children and adults. To make the whole world understand that Ukraine needs help to win this war. To stop killing children in Ukraine. To prevent children from being killed in Europe.
The invitation from Mrs. Marta Wielgat Czajka to present the project "War through the eyes of children" in Reszel was a special event for us. We thank the organizers, students from the Maciej Rataj School Complex, and the residents of Reszel.
